We handle deposits and withdrawals through several banking routes, and the time your money takes depends on which one you use. Bankonbet publishes withdrawal limits by VIP level and sets a minimum monthly wagering threshold before you can request a payout. Verification happens before and after deposits, and always before your first withdrawal.

Getting money out, and how long that really takes

Withdrawal requests go to our financial team, which processes them within 3 business days after you submit the request — or 3 business days after your previous withdrawal clears, if you have more than one pending. The team works 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, so a request made late Friday waits until the following Monday.

Once processed, the money moves to your account through the payment method you chose. Bank cards and transfers typically add another 1–3 days; e-wallets are faster but still subject to the 3-day internal window. The full journey from request to arrival usually runs 4–6 days for cards, slightly less for wallets.

Your VIP level sets the daily and monthly caps. We publish limits for thirteen currencies:

Level EUR daily / monthly USD daily / monthly GBP equivalent
1 500 / 7,000 500 / 7,000 ~£420 / ~£5,880
2 500 / 10,000 500 / 10,000 ~£420 / ~£8,400
3 800 / 12,000 800 / 12,000 ~£672 / ~£10,080
4 1,000 / 15,000 1,000 / 15,000 ~£840 / ~£12,600
5 1,500 / 20,000 1,500 / 20,000 ~£1,260 / ~£16,800

VIP level is calculated from your activity over the 90 days before a withdrawal request. If you haven't placed bets for a month, your status drops to Level 1 automatically. You can have a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals on your account at any one time.

The money in

Deposits work through credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods we support. Our terms refer to these broadly rather than listing specific providers, so the options you see in the cashier are the ones available for your account.

Before you can withdraw, your deposits must be rolled over at least once — you wager the deposited amount through the account. If you request a withdrawal before meeting that turnover, we reserve the right to deduct a 10% commission (minimum €0.50) from the withdrawal as payment expenses. For bank card or bank transfer deposits that haven't been rolled over, the commission is 15%.

We also enforce a minimum monthly wagering threshold of €20 within the calendar month of your withdrawal request. If you haven't met that threshold, the request may be declined.

What the operator charges

The rollover rule above is the primary cost: if you deposit and immediately withdraw without playing, the commission applies. Beyond that, our terms do not publish specific withdrawal fees per method.

If your account sits inactive for 180 days, we charge a €5 administration fee each month until you log in and place a bet, or until the balance is exhausted. That fee is deducted automatically from your account balance.

Currency conversion, where applicable, follows the payment provider's own rates — we do not add a separate conversion charge on top of that, but the provider's rate may differ from the interbank mid-market rate.

The ceilings nobody mentions until you hit one

Beyond the VIP-based withdrawal caps in the table above, the rollover requirement and the monthly wagering threshold act as practical gates. A player who deposits, takes a bonus, clears it, then requests a payout will meet the rollover condition through normal play. Someone who deposits without a bonus and immediately withdraws will hit the 10–15% commission.

The 3-pending-withdrawal cap matters if you're breaking a large win into smaller requests to stay within your daily limit. Request the first three, wait for one to process, then submit the fourth — you cannot queue more than three at once.

Refunds are generally not offered. If you believe a transaction was processed in error, you must contact customer support within 24 hours of the transaction. Exceptional requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Proving who you are

We ask for verification documents before and after deposits, and always before your first withdrawal. You'll need:

  • A properly certified ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence)
  • Proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or council tax letter dated within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of ownership and transaction histories for the payment methods you've used — bank statements or card statements showing the deposit

Once we request documents, you have 30 days to provide them. The verification process usually completes within 10 days after you've submitted everything in full. If documents are missing or unclear, that clock resets when you send the corrected versions.

When a payout is late or refused

The most common reasons a withdrawal request is held:

  1. Verification is incomplete or documents have expired
  2. You haven't met the €20 minimum monthly wagering threshold
  3. The deposit behind the withdrawal hasn't been rolled over once
  4. You already have 3 pending withdrawals
  5. The request was made outside financial team hours and is waiting in the queue

If a payout is delayed beyond the stated window, or if a request is declined and you don't understand why, contact our support team at [email protected]. Have your account email, the transaction date, the amount you requested, and the method you chose ready when you write in — that lets support look up the request and give you a specific answer rather than general troubleshooting steps.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Bankonbet withdrawal take?

Our financial team processes withdrawal requests within 3 business days after you submit them, working 6 AM to 5 PM GMT Monday to Friday. Once processed, the money reaches your account in another 1–3 days for bank cards and transfers, slightly faster for e-wallets — so 4–6 days total from request to arrival is typical.

What is the minimum withdrawal at Bankonbet?

Our terms do not publish a specific minimum withdrawal amount. However, you must have wagered at least €20 in the calendar month of your withdrawal request, or the request may be declined.

Does Bankonbet charge withdrawal fees?

If you withdraw before rolling over your deposit at least once, we deduct a 10% commission (minimum €0.50), or 15% for bank card and bank transfer deposits. Accounts inactive for 180 days incur a €5 monthly administration fee.

Why was my withdrawal request declined?

The most common reasons are incomplete verification, not meeting the €20 minimum monthly wagering threshold, or requesting a withdrawal before rolling over your deposit. You can also only have 3 pending withdrawals at once. Contact [email protected] with your transaction details for a specific explanation.
